What Montz does better than anywhere else

Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Montz sits at 235.7 per 100K. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 2,192, Montz is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Low taxes
- Active local events

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited nightlife
- Few job opportunities in some fields

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is improving in most areas.
