Anyone else love living in Monument?

Hi all, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $586,400, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $114,654 in Monument. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
