Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 30s, and The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 1,500 people. Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
