Hey, I'm a 51-year-old pharmacist and Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
