I'm originally from Tampa and It's a a small town city with about 13,378 people. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
