First post here. I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $189,300 on average. The median home value here is around $189,300, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
