Job hunting in Moore -tips?

So, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $189,300 on average. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 63,045 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
