First post here. I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 63,045 people. Homes are going for about $189,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
