I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 14,523 people. Rent is about $1,487/month for a decent place. Median household income is $134,167, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
