What Moorestown-Lenola does better than anywhere else

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $134,167, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 14,523, Moorestown-Lenola is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 14,523 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- High property taxes
- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Austin about 10 years ago. The main reasons were school and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Close to major attractions
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Winters are long and cold

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are developing, gas is tough.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is average in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 5 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
