Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $348,500 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
