Been living here since 2019. Median household income is $88,592, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
