Worst things about Mooresville nobody talks about

Hey folks, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $348,500, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,505 for rent here. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Hot summers
- Poor road conditions
- Not enough green space

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
