Best apartments in Moorhead under ?

First post here. The median home value here is around $246,300, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $69,371, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Cedar Grove. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Korean.

No regrets on my end..

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much reasonable but now it's challenging.
