Is Moorhead worth moving to in 2026?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $69,371 in Moorhead. Am I overthinking this?

Came here for weather and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The nightlife is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
