Living in Moorhead -the reality

I'm retired and Rent is about $1,017/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
