So, I'm originally from St. Louis and It's a a small town city with about 16,790 people. Median household income is $199,800, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 16,790, Moraga is a small town. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
