How is the nightlife in Moraga?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $3,119 for rent here. Rent is about $3,119/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $199,800 in Moraga. Median household income is $199,800, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Bought a house here in 2016 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The housing market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
