Hi all, Median household income is $35,000, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $176,300, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
