Working in Morenci -salaries realistic?

So, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $79,800 in Morenci. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The outdoor recreation is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
