Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 210K, Moreno Valley is a mid-size city. Household incomes average around $87,477 in Moreno Valley. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
