Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 10.1%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 210K people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Let me know your thoughts. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
