Hey everyone, I'm single, late 40s, and The median home value here is around $146,100, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $146,100 on average. It's a a small town city with about 11,208 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
