Planning a move to Morgan -neighborhoods?
Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 4,268 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene...
