OK so You can expect to pay around $909 for rent here. Poverty rate is 24.3%, which is higher than I expected. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
