Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 9 months ago and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $208,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
