Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $111,400, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $111,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 2,729 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
