First post here. Homes are going for about $287,000 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The traffic is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
