Raising a family in Morovis zona urbana -thoughts?

Hey folks, Rent is about $320/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $144,900 on average. With a population of 1,761, Morovis zona urbana is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in West. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in retail. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Hope this helps!.
