What Morris does better than anywhere else

So, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Morris sits at 112.7 per 100K. Household incomes average around $72,357 in Morris. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. With a population of 14,775, Morris is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Salt Lake City it's pretty good.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone about the same since then.
