Starting a business in Morris?

I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $185,200 on average. Rent is about $841/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
