Is public transit usable in Morris Plains?

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Morris Plains sits at 33.7 per 100K. Homes are going for about $609,700 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Boston about 8 years ago. The main reasons were school and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Can feel isolated
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are stable, gas is solid.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
