Job hunting in Morris Plains -tips?

First post here. We're a young couple and Median household income is $149,623, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great sushi places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
