Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2006. Rent is about $855/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
