Rent in Morristown getting crazy

So, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $155,700 on average. With a population of 30,983, Morristown is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,983 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
