Couple moving to Moses Lake from out of state

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 12 years and Household incomes average around $71,854 in Moses Lake. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!
