Starting a business in Moses Lake?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Moses Lake sits at 458.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,203 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
