Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,203 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
