Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,043 for rent here. Median household income is $46,684, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $107,700 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
