Hello, I'm originally from Houston and Homes are going for about $107,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 6.1%, which is concerning. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
