Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from New York about 10 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are growing, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Moved here from Phoenix about 9 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to community vibe but Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Downtown for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Affordable housing options
- The housing market scene is tough

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
