Best companies to work for in Mounds View?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 12,992 people. Rent is about $1,216/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $294,500 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Mounds View sits at 202.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Cedar Grove. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..
