Been living here since 2019. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. You can expect to pay around $1,500 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $316,100, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
