Pros and cons of Mount Healthy after 5 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $126,200, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Cheers.

I'm a HR manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cultural scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much established but now it's improving.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.
