Best neighborhoods in Mount Hermon

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Hermon sits at 449.5 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much competitive but now it's improving.
