Is Mount Holly getting better or worse?

So, Rent is about $1,145/month for a decent place. With a population of 17,928, Mount Holly is a small town. Median household income is $75,928, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Holly sits at 128.9 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 17,928 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Good internet infrastructure
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Not enough green space
Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
