Hi all, I've been here for 7 years and Homes are going for about $286,400 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Holly sits at 128.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $286,400, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.
