Hi all, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $286,400 on average. The median home value here is around $286,400, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
