Co-working spaces in Mount Hope?

Longtime lurker here, I work in food service and Poverty rate is 30.6%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $26,983, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $91,900 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 7 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
