Random thought, The median home value here is around $485,800, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $485,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?
